Je me suis marié à votre hôtel en Avril, C'était tout à fait magique...Merci à Dened Bermudez coordonatrice de mariage..malgré l'oublis de notre gâteau de mariage, se fut une journée innoubliable! Merci! La suite était vraiment très propre. La femme de chambre ne remplissait pas à tous les jours le frigidaire..mais bon,nous avons passez un merveilleux voyage de noces....

Ich habe nur ein Wort zu sagen Tryp Peninsula Varadero ist wunderbar Hotel ist sehr schön, sondern vor allem seine Menschen ihre Arbeiter sind nette Leute und sehr engen menschlichen Ich nehme dich in meinem Herzen für immer! Eine Umarmung für alle jene Leute aus Sevilla Spanien!

Wenn Sie darüber nachdenken, einen Besuch in Kuba muss Tryp Peninsula Aufenthalt! ist ein Paradies voller Grün, ist das Hotel Unterkunft riesig, hat einen Pool schön, aber ..... Sie bekam das Meer ein paar Meter! wie in Ihrem Garten mit Palmen, Liegestühlen und Mini-Wohnung Quinchos Ihnen ein wenig sombrinta, ein Traum und alles ordentlich, sauber und Pflege ist, die Menschen sind göttlich, nicht aufhören, Sie zu unterstützen und bereit sind super und nett. Sie glaube nicht, dass ich in einem Zimmer schlafen, gehen Sie in einer Wohnung voller super schlafen. Um fabelhaft, fabelhaft.

First off our trip was booked by BCAA which was a mistake and our flights were gross but no fault of the Tryp Peninsula!

Once arriving at the Tryp we proceeded to check in, we expected this to take a while from all the complaining I read on this before I left home but no problem! There were 11 people in our travel group, a few went off to find the bar and brought back drinks while the rest checked in. Once our group was ready the bell man drove us all to our rooms and carried up our luggage, he even made arraingements to come back and pick us up a bit later to take us back up to the resturant and bar. All very pleasant.

Over our 7 days we enjoyed everything, from the grounds, to the food, pool, beach, our rooms, and especially the people! The service we received was fantastic every where we went at the resort. Four/Five star rating in Canada is different than their's but I didn't go there expecting it to be like Canada. Our rooms were kept so clean, when we arrived we had one can of pop, one can of beer and one bottle of water. I met our housekeeper the next dat and asked for extra and every day we had 2 of everything! All I really needed was the water anyway.

We packed goodies from home and left treats for our housekeeper daily which she really appreciated, just little things like pencil crayons and paper! We also had no problem tipping which our whole group did generously! The peple that work there deserve it.

When you go be sure to say hi to Olga (outside lobby bar) and Rob (crazy golf cart driver) for me!

My husband (39) and I (31) stayed at the Tryp from May 5th to the 12th.
We left Mtl on the 5th at 9am and by 3pm I was in the ocean!
Our flight w/ Westjet was great! No delays and great service!
We got our 2 suitcases no problem.
Upon our arrival our room was ready, in block 19 on the 3rd floor, 1 king bed, just as we had requested.

Room:
Large suite, large bathroom w/ a bath and shower.
There is a functional safe in the closet.
The TV only has 2-3 English channels, but who goes to Cuba to watch TV??

Food:
Buffet: you'll always find something good, in our case it was the bread, butter, cheeses, cold cuts and seafood (fish, shrimp, muscles), fruit.
A la carte (2): nice location, good food.
Beach grill: AMAZING grilled snapper!!!
Pool resto: hot dogs.

I had a craving for fries for 4 days but all the restos were out... not a big deal... a bit less weight gain, no??

Beach: in case you don't know, Varadero is rated the 2nd nicest beach in the world.

Pool: there is an adult pool w/ a swim up bar... not much drink selection... the water in the pool was rather fresh.

Bars:
Lobby bar: mohitos and strawberry daiquiris... + great espresso and cappuccino.
Beach bar: mohitos and cuba libres...

The site is wonderful! Full of trees, flowers, plants... There are many birds (small black crows and other birds) that fly in the main entrance and around the bar... what do you expect?? everything is open...

This hotel is rated as a 5 star.. for Cuba standards, it's correct, but for North American or European it's a 3.5 - 4 star.
For those of you who go to Cuba expecting you're on the French Riviera, you'll be disappointed.
Just hope you get great weather like we did (27 - 31 every day!!) and you'll have a great holiday.

I don't recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway... but for families and for children it's great.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, you just need to know how to talk to them w/ a smile.
